Yeah apparently some people in a club I sometimes play at tested out 10th edition Eldar vs CSM, with the eldar player tabling the chaos player in 2-3 turns, but with 2k of 9th ed points, afterwards they recalculated with 10th ed points, the eldar list was 1600 pts and the csm list was something around 2200-2300.
